Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 508 platform available at https://508.wine, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 508 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 508. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using 508's services.
The 508 platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you are a legal Malaysian resident and are at least 18 years of age.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 508 platform at any time. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and other relevant details. You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information remains current.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with anyone. 508 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Activities
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Making deposits and withdrawals using approved payment methods.
- Contacting customer support for account-related enquiries.
- Accessing the platform via a web browser or the official 508 app.
- Participating in available promotions and offers in accordance with the applicable terms.
Prohibited Activities
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access the platform.
- Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or abusive content that targets other users.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 508 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 508 supports local payment methods including FPX (online banking), TNG eWallet, and approved international bank transfers.
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after successful verification. Some transactions may take longer depending on the payment provider. 508 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
To make a withdrawal, users must have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to 508's prevailing policies, which may change from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered under the same user's name.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks through a payment provider, will result in immediate account suspension and appropriate legal action.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
508 Liability Limits
508 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary disruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 508's maximum total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
508 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or foreseeable losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
Account Suspension & Closure
508 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user violates any of these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or if required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is completed, subject to any relevant investigation if required.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 508 platform are the exclusive property of 508 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written permission from 508.
The 508 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. 508 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
508 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
